In October we are meeting up face to face for the first time in over 18 months, although there will still be a virtual meeting for those who want to join via Zoom

We will hold our Annual General Meeting with a summary of our financial position and annual report. Then we will welcome local expert Joe McSorley for a talk on the Amazing World of Fungi. Fungi are not plants or animals but a third kingdom of living things all around us in the air we breathe and in the soil. There would be no life on earth without them. Fungi can be food, drugs, both legal and illegal, poison, folklore, beauty and death and Autumn is the best season to see their weird forms in our wild spaces.
