Ingredients

  • 8oz lentils, cooked and drained
  • 2oz walnuts, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 bunch spring onions, trimmed and chopped
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • Vinaigrette
  • Salt and pepper
  • Parsley, chopped.

Method

Mix all ingredients together and garnish with the parsley.
