Ingredients
- 8oz lentils, cooked and drained
- 2oz walnuts, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 bunch spring onions, trimmed and chopped
- 2 carrots, grated
- Vinaigrette
- Salt and pepper
- Parsley, chopped.
Method
Mix all ingredients together and garnish with the parsley.
