This month we create our wall of 100 inspirational women and we’ll hear all about the Bristol Suffragettes.
We welcome Lucienne Boyce, who will talk about one group of amazing inspirational women – The Bristol Suffragettes.
Then we’ll start looking at our wall of inspirational women. Please bring your photos along (as many as you like) with at least their name and if you want to, an explanation about why they are your inspiration. Photos must be no bigger than A5.
Lucienne will also be selling her books Bloodie Bones: A Dan Foster Mystery and The Bristol Suffragettes at a discount during the evening.
And we’ll have our usual WI notices and updates on campaigns and projects.
We will have a few new members joining us so please make them feel welcome and if anyone would like to volunteer to be a buddy please let us know.
We will start at 8pm with the bar open all evening.
