This month we’ll be hearing from Diana Penny one of the yoga teachers from our local YogaWest. We’ll hear about the basic principles of yoga with demonstrations of some of the techniques.
It’s that time again, membership renewal and the chance for new members to sign-up to join. For further details, costs and membership forms please see Being a Member.

We’ll have the wire wreaths and a selection of fabrics, but if you have some fabric at home you’d really like to use then please bring it along, it needs to be at least 10-12 cm long.
Here’s a tutorial to get a head start and for inspiration take a look at our Pinterest board.
We look over the last year with our annual report plus we welcome the new committee for 2016-17 (yes luckily we had some members sign-up!).
After the AGM we will start the swishing, so please bring along your unwanted ladies clothes, accessories, jewellery and shoes for swapping.
(If you are not sure what swishing is, it works like a giant clothes swap; you bring items you no longer wear and exchange them for something new.)
Learning the awareness and habits of posture to ensure minimum effort and strain
