15 November: Festive Wreath Making

This month we are making Christmas fabric wreaths.

We’ll have the wire wreaths and a selection of fabrics, but if you have some fabric at home you’d really like to use then please bring it along, it needs to be at least 10-12 cm long.

Here’s a tutorial to get a head start and for inspiration take a look at our Pinterest board.

18 October: AGM and swishing evening

We look over the last year with our annual report plus we welcome the new committee for 2016-17 (yes luckily we had some members sign-up!).

After the AGM we will start the swishing, so please bring along your unwanted ladies clothes, accessories, jewellery and shoes for swapping.

(If you are not sure what swishing is, it works like a giant clothes swap; you bring items you no longer wear and exchange them for something new.)

Review August: Fimo

20 September: Alexander technique with Jackie Evans and Jane Morris

Learning the awareness and habits of posture to ensure minimum effort and strain

This month we hear from Jackie Evans & Jane Morris from the Bristol Alexander School.

Review July: Skill Share

19 July: Skillshare

Show us what you can do!

This month we are back at our usual venue and we’ll have members’ demonstrations and short talks.

We’ll have a demos on how to fix a flat on the rear wheel of your bike, making paper flowers, first aid, help with your kids homework and much more!
